Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates.
• Monitor vital signs, manage specialized neonatal equipment (incubators, ventilators), and administer complex medications.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions and collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary neonatal team.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to anxious parents and families.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year of recent experience working within a NICU setting (Level II, III, or IV).
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted NMC registration.
• Certifications: Up-to-date Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and BLS certifications.
• Availability: Ready to start ASAP with a reliable, professional, and adaptable work ethic.
